Removed items & cancelled sales

Every confirmed item removal and whole-sale cancellation shows the operator, till, date, time and items. Entries are read-only. Dates and times use UK time (Europe/London).

Windows tills require version 1.3.0 or later. Offline entries appear after the till reconnects. Browser practice records are labelled separately. Tracking starts with this update; earlier removed items cannot be reconstructed.

Connect a Windows EPOS

Enter the code in Setup on the Windows till within 10 minutes. Each code pairs one installation. No server passwords are stored on the USB.

Registered Windows tills

Disabling a till stops synchronisation immediately and further sales once the till receives that status. An offline machine cannot receive the change until it reconnects.

Completed offline sales are retained even when stock needs review. Correct the stock records, then choose Retry stock. Retrying never creates another sale.
