Updates apply when the till has no unfinished or held sales. Publishing also refreshes its catalogue prices from Zippy. Box offers are not changed here.
Staff codes
Staff codes are shared across your registered Front and Butchery tills. Each person has their own numeric staff code. Use 3 or 4 numbers for quick sign-in. Codes cannot be viewed again after saving. Managers can refund, discount and close shifts; cashiers cannot.
Register Butchery Till
Register the browser on the device staff will use. Each browser is assigned to one till configuration. Use separate devices or browser profiles for Front Till and Butchery Till. Registration signs out back-office management in that browser before opening the staff-code screen.
Registered tills
Access is bound to this browser with a protected cookie. Revoking a till disables its staff sessions immediately.
Published layouts & rollback
Versions shown belong only to the selected till. Restoring a version publishes its button layout again using current catalogue prices. The original rollback checkpoint remains separate and unchanged.
